Gunes Altay has over 10 years of extensive experience providing expert HR services to some of important companies in Turkey.

Ms Altay has worked for BAYER Turk and held HR Manager, and HR Operations Specialist positions in this company and has built a reputation as a wise, talented, knowledgeable, intelligent, and thorough professional who attracts trust and loyalty from her clients and colleagues.
In addition to her HR background, she also worked for one of the most respected firms in Turkey – Ford Otosan - where she held the position of a Marketing and Sales Finance Specialist. During this she was tasked with preparing special price lists based on Contribution Margin determined by sales managers, running the audit, Marketing & Sales reports and prepare monthly marketing bulletin which is presented to Marketing & Sales Departments’.
Ms Altay can serve her clients excellently in the UK as she has learnt the English language to a high level when she studied at the Middle East Technical University in 2006 to 2011 for her BSc Economics - Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
Over her 6 years of industry experience and providing the best HR services in Turkey Ms Altay has developed exceptional people management skills due to her trusting and ethical approach. She is extremely versatile, adaptable and is able to provide solutions to all problems and situations in her calm and professional manner.
Over the course of her career she has made it a priority to continually develop her education and skill set by attending many courses and certificate programs in order to provide the highest quality of services.
